I have tried many dishes here and haven't found a bad dish yet! I also come in often just to get their delicious milk tea. Here are some of my favorites...

Pho ap chao: my husband orders this the most. He calls it Vietnamese nachos. It's essentially rice noodles fried crunchy and then topped with your choice of seafood or meat, veggies and sauce.

Mi xao don: the same topping choices as above except with deep fried egg noodles. Nice crunch.

Pho: duh! My sons favorite. I like that you can even order it plain in case u have a picky eater like mine who doesn't eat the meat.

Spring rolls: fresh ingredients and nice consistent amount of filling. Comes with peanut sauce but I like to dip mine in spicy fish sauce.

Honorable mentions: bo luc lac (shaking filet beef), com sung nuong (pork chop with broken rice)

Another great family owned business in Highland.
After switching to being vegetarian, I'm increasingly more critical of the flavors that I'm eating. With pho, the broth has to be on point. All too often I feel like restaurants phone it in when it comes to veggie or vegan type dishes. Not a problem, they brought the fresh and flavor that one expects from great pho!  The wife, as usual, had something with shrimp. Just kidding, she said her vermicelli with shrimp and veg was really good.
    Cons:
This location has been other restaurants in the past, so the decor is dated and off. Some of the fixtures could use some tlc.
Other than that, I think you will enjoy it. Go get ya some!

This Vietnamese restaurant is a very well maintained restaurant that offers plenty of food choices while also offering consistent delicious food and a reasonable price. I have a lot of positive things to say about this place while having very few complaints.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very modern compare to many other Vietnamese restaurant I've been too which adds to that level of comfort that a teenager such as myself can appreciate.

The prices at this restaurant is very fair in terms of food that it provides. I've been to this restaurant twice (one day after another) and both of those days provided food that was consistently good, the food can use just a little bit more flavor such as better seasoning on the chicken and also the fried rice was just a little bit overcooked.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area because you are almost guaranteed to be at least satisfied with your meal.

    Short summary

    Pros:
    - Food is consistently good.
    - Atmosphere is very modern and also very welcoming.
    - Prices are very fair in terms of taste

    Cons:
    - Fried rice was just a tad bit over cooked.
    - Chicken could be seasoned and cooked better.

Delicious pho at an amazing price. For only $8, you get a very large serving. The broth was rich and tasted very comforting. I ordered Pho #1, which is the signature combination that includes a variety of meats that were all tender and tasted very good. The noodles were cooked perfectly as well.

The service was very quick and friendly as soon as I walked in. The restaurant is clean. There are many sauces and sides for your pho, which are nice options to have. Overall, great food at a great value -- I'd come again.

Best pho and plenty of other items on the menu to pick if you're not into pho all the prices are reasonable for just about everything! Clean restaurant it is a small spot but I've never been here during a crowded time so I definitely love that it's always calm when I go in the afternoons. The young staff always provide a kind service which is definitely appreciated as a customer, any time I eat here or order to go it's always a quick and friendly place highly recommend!
